TREATMENTS

Panchkarma is an ancient Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy aimed at cleansing the body, balancing the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and restoring overall health. It involves five major procedures — Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal therapy), and Raktamokshana (blood purification). These therapies help eliminate toxins, improve digestion, enhance immunity, and promote physical as well as mental well-being.”

Garbhsanskar is an ancient Indian practice that emphasizes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of both the mother and the developing baby during pregnancy. It involves positive lifestyle habits such as meditation, listening to soothing music, reading inspirational texts, eating nutritious food, and maintaining a calm, joyful mindset. The belief is that a mother’s thoughts, emotions, and environment deeply influence the baby’s development, helping to nurture a healthy, intelligent, and emotionally balanced child.”

Raktmokshan is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that helps remove impure blood from the body to support overall health and wellness. This process is designed to balance the body’s doshas and enhance natural healing by eliminating toxins and impurities from the bloodstream.”
Different methods of Raktmokshan:- Leech therapy (Jalokavacharn), Siravedha (Vein puncturing) & Wet Cupping.

Viddha Karma, also called ‘Vedhan Chikitsa,’ is a therapy that involves puncturing or piercing specific points to help relieve pain. This treatment may also work to counteract the underlying causes of certain health issues in a targeted way.”

Snehan is an important Ayurvedic therapy that involves the application of medicated oils to the body for internal and external oleation. It helps to soften and loosen toxins (ama) from the tissues, preparing them for elimination through Panchkarma. Snehan nourishes the skin, improves blood circulation, reduces stress, relieves stiffness, and promotes overall relaxation. It is the first and essential step before purification therapies, enhancing their effectiveness and supporting body rejuvenation.”

Swedan is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves inducing sweating to eliminate toxins and open body channels. It is usually performed after Snehan (oleation) to enhance detoxification. The therapy helps relieve stiffness, improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote relaxation.”

Different Methods of Swedan:

  1. Nadi Sweda – Localized steam using a tube or pipe.
  2. Bashpa Sweda – Whole-body steam therapy in a steam chamber.
  3. Pinda Sweda – Application of warm herbal pouches on the body.
  4. Patra Pinda Sweda – Use of herbal leaves and medicated oils in a pouch.

Swedan balances doshas, removes stiffness, and prepares the body for deeper purification.
